Report: Tackling In-Work Poverty - Using Action Learning Sets to Support Change

This report explores employers’ experiences of using Action Learning Set (ALS) methodologies to support change in the hospitality sector, as part of the Serving the Future project. ALS approaches were included in the project as a way of working directly with hospitality employers, supporting them to identify challenges and opportunities, devise and pilot solutions and consolidate progress.
